SOWING OATS FOR WINTER

It is great to have our oat paddock sown.   We finished on Sunday, the 8th of June.  And today we have had perfect timing with 17 mm of rain on the crop to give it a great start.  This crop will be used for grain only as it has been sown late in the season and be used to feed our sheep next year.
